Indulge in our Thai Style Chicken Wraps with Tom Yum Salsa. Marinated chicken, zesty lime salsa, and Rebel Bakehouse Golden Goodness Wellbeing Wraps make a quick and flavourful meal in just 20 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Rebel Bakehouse Golden Goodness Wellbeing Wraps
  • 400g free range chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp tom yum paste
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • Pinch of sugar
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • ½ cup mint, roughly chopped
  • 3 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 red chilli, sliced
  • 1 spring onion, sliced

METHOD

  1. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and place in a bowl with the tom yum paste. Season with salt & pepper and toss to coat. Set aside to marinate while you make the tom yum style salsa.
  2. Whisk the lime juice, fish sauce and sugar in the bottom of a mixing bowl. Add the diced tomatoes, red onion and mint and gently toss to coat.
  3. Heat a splash of oil in a large fry pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breast strips and stir-fry until lightly charred and golden and the chicken is cooked through, about 5 – 7 minutes.
  4. Load each Golden Goodness Wellbeing Wrap up with a handful of shredded green cabbage. Top with the chicken and tom yum salsa. Garnish with slices of red chilli and spring onion.
  5. Fold into tacos and enjoy!
